Technologies Solutions Group (TSG) is an authorized provider for many of our manufactures not to mention our own product lines,with coverage spanning the United States on some itewms. On-site and depot maintenance contracts from low priority to mission critical equipment are standard offerings.. For On-site factory-trained technicians arrive on location within 24-48 hours of service call. Technicians are equipped with the parts needed to perform repair on first visit. For Depot repairs send your printer to one of our convenient depot locations TSG will diagnose problems and provide a free repair estimate. Authorized repair performed within 48 hours of approval. Depot service plans available. Each barcode printer repair includes guaranteed workmanship, realignment and return to factory specifications utilizing only OEM parts. Our technicians perform thorough testing to ensure proper performance.

In addition, all repairs receive TSG’s standard 8 point service check that includes:

  • Clean and reset all sensors to factory specifications
  • Adjust torsion rate and tension on ribbon clutches
  • Clean and adjust print head and platen roller for optimum print quality
  • Adjust tension on belts, motors and springs for smooth operation
  • Clean and reset all electrical connections
  • Lubricate and adjust moving parts to factory specifications
  • Print test labels to ensure proper communication & correct printer performance
  • Clean inside and outside of printer housing

Service Solutions

For products we do not service directly we have partnership agreements with our manufacturers service departments along with authorized 3rd party service providers.. Annual maintenance contracts are available as well as hourly rates.


Service Contracts

Protect your barcode, data capture, point-of-sale, and laser through annual service plans. in the event of malfunction or breakdown, service plans serve as “insurance” for your equipment. Complete repair security provides peace of mind for your business.


Onsite Service Plans

No authorization required for on-site service plans, call with service plan number and technicians are dispatched.

Technicians arrive on-site within 24-48 hours with fully stocked service packs to complete repairs on the first visit.

Unlimited repairs, travel time, all parts and labor (excluding print heads) are included under the on-site service plan.

On-site service throughout the United States.

Response times available are:

  • Standard (within 24-48 hours)
  • Next Business Day (within 24 hours)
  • Same Day (within 4 hours)

Depot Service Plans

With just an RMA, equipment is sent to one of our convenient depot locations for repair.

Unlimited repairs, standard return shipping, all parts and labor (excluding print heads) are included under the depot service plan.

Depot repair centers are across the United States.

Repairs are performed within 48 hours of approval.


Time and Material Repairs
